  • Describe any specific activities you will incorporate into your fitness routine.
  • How will you incorporate your physical fitness routine in your  regular schedule? Take into consideration your work schedule, school  schedule, time with family and friends, or even social events.
  • How will you incorporate the FITT principle in your fitness routine?
  • What will you do to keep you motivated? Will you use incentives? If so, describe any incentives you will use.
  • Explain any barriers or obstacles that may affect your fitness routine.
  • How will you measure your progress?
  • What results or improvements do you hope to see? These may range from physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, etc.
  • How do you think your fitness program will change as your physical fitness level improves?

Part 2: For this assignment, you will create a personal fitness program for ONE of the following populations:

  • Individuals with asthma
  • Individuals who are obese
  • Individuals with coronary heart disease
  • Individuals with hypertension
  • Individuals with diabetes
